Job Summary
The Cross Connections department is looking for a part-time seasonal administrator!
Principal Responsibilities
- Offer support to contractors to ensure test reports are received in a timely manner, all certifications are received, and that information is entered into the system in a timely manner.
- Support to field techs regarding adding/deleting equipment from the system.
- Assist with Cross Connection Annual State Report by compiling historical account information and using information to explain non-compliance.
- Offer support to office group as needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email and telephone.
Preferred Requirements
- Must be a highly motivated, self-starter who can work independently, with little supervision.
- Computer literate- Excel PIVOT table knowledge a plus.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Highly organized.
- Excellent problem solving & critical decision-making skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Education/Certifications
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Salary
- Job is classified as a temporary non-exempt position with an hourly rate of $22.00.
- This role is 100% on site, working out of the Bridgeport office.
- This role is part-time, requiring approximately 20-25 hours a week.
