- Reimbursed gym memberships: covering 75% of membership fees, up to $250 per year
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP): no-cost counseling on emotional support, legal guidance, financial resources and free online will preparation to employees and their family members
- Heath and Wellness committee that sponsors interim programs such as partnering with Field Goods to get fresh produce, meats and snacks delivered weekly in the office, virtual/in-person exercise classes, company-wide step and weight loss contests and even Fitbit reimbursements
