Job Summary

Intern will assist the department in Periodic Meter Replacement goals by scheduling customer appointments through calls and emails, utilizing SAP, CRM, and Excel to track customer response and view/create service notifications, and access to assist in launching Non-compliance letters. The Intern will also assist in running edit reports to follow up with customers on uncompleted appointments – repairs, access issues, missed appointments.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Competent in Microsoft 365 applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time management and ability to work independently

Education/Certifications

  • Must be in the process of completing a bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Previous Internship experience, preferred but not required. 

Salary

  • The internship will run from mid-May through end of August, 40 hours a week (on-site). 
  • Intern will report to our Bridgeport office.
  • Hours will be 8:00AM to 4:30PM, Monday through Friday (flexible).
  • This position will pay $16.00 an hour.
